Groups

friends

Attending the festival as a group is the coolest way of enjoying it!

If you register as a group leader (age 18 years or over), you will get a special login, so that you see at any time who is in your group. You can edit the information of the members of your group and register the group as a whole for specific activities.

If you want to come as a participant in a certain group, you can simply enter the name of the group when you register and you are automatically assigned to list of that group.

Travel

Because of the different travel distances to Geneva we have designed the programme with optional ‘enter and exit’ possibilities. Needless to say that it is worth staying two nights to enjoy the whole festival.

Travel is the responsibility of the participants and their leaders. We recommend travelling by public transport. No special parking is available on site. Travel by train or alternatively with Surprise Reisen which offers reduced bus fares for groups and individuals: www.surprise-reisen.ch/reformaction

For our international guests: Fly in to Genena Airport (GVA). From there you will have a direct connection to the transportation system of Geneva.

Staying overnight

You can get Bed and Breakfast for just 10- CHF!

Participants needing accommodation for Friday and Saturday night can choose between a host family and dormitories. Participants who arrive on Saturday will be put up in dormitories. Bring a sleeping bag and a foam mattress with you.

If you would like to organize your own accommodation, you can find a list of hotels and hostels following this Link.

Language

The main languages of the festival are German and French, seasoned with a pinch of Italian and English. Don’t worry, in a festival so full of variety, we will be able to offer many possibilities in the two main languages and for the main events communication in several languages will be arranged!
